PATATRAC è un progetto nato a Blues Made in Italy il 7 ottobre 2017, ideato da un veterano della scena musicale rurale afro-americana, Andreino Cocco, con la stretta collaborazione di Gianluca Caselli, Gianandrea Pasquinelli e Giuseppe Tortorelli. PATATRAC è una formazione bolognese innovativa che propone un blues spontaneista tribale anti-convenzionale; PATATRAC è contro l’onanismo dei tutorial, la musica incuffiata, e le tecnologie di simulazione; il blues di PATATRAC è vero, scarno e destrutturato; è una esperienza di comunicazione che si oppone alla ragione, un rituale che enfatizza la stravaganza e l’irripetibilità dell’accadimento.
